I only fly American through O'Hare. In the food court that sits at the fork between Terminals H & K, there are four posts, each with a power outlet. The problem is this food court is usually really busy. I've stood for 15 minutes waiting for someone to get up that was close enough for my cord to reach. Also, nobody seems to have any qualms about plopping down next to you. The last time I was there, this 8 year old girl with really bad manners sat down next to me and proceed to spray crumbs all over the place. If you hit it right however, its great. There are decent tables and chairs and of course lots of food that you can get while you're keeping an eye on your laptop.
